Our advisory team members lead comprehensive workshops, develop visionary initiatives, conduct psycho-social risk assessments, and implement employee surveys designed to empower businesses and support employees affected by domestic violence.

Our crisis and security response team members, respond to incidents either in the community, in the home or in the workplace.

 Be part of the team that: Lead the development and implementation of gender safety initiatives aimed at enhancing organisational goals.

  • Design and deliver engaging workshops focused on workplace violence prevention.
  • Conduct psycho-social risk assessments and develop employee surveys to proactively identify and address workplace hazards.
  • Collaborate with our ERS team to utilise expertise in risk management and training resources.
  • Create vital support programs for employees experiencing domestic violence, ensuring they have access to confidential reporting mechanisms.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of gender safety initiatives based on data-driven recommendations.
  • Provide remote or location based crisis and emergency support to victim-survivors
  • Provide remote or location based security support to  victim-survivors
  • Provide 3rd party investigation services
  • Provide police liaison services
